New Birdly Experience Jurassic Flight Draws Big Crowds in Cincinnati and Las Vegas, Wins Award in Amsterdam
D3D Cinema, in partnership with SOMNIACS, is pleased to announce the widespread release of Jurassic Flight – the latest virtual reality (VR) adventure for the Birdly VR platform. Developed in consultation with leading paleontologists, Jurassic Flight enables Birdly users to take to the prehistoric skies and interact with iconic dinosaurs of the Late Jurassic Era. Along with winning the bronze Halo Award for creative achievement at VR Days in Amsterdam and featuring at CES in Las Vegas, D3D has enjoyed the successful deployment of two new Birdlys running Jurassic Flight at the recently revamped dinosaur hall in the Cincinnati Museum Center’s Museum of Natural History and Science.

We’ve been operating at over 50% capacity since opening, with more than 5,500 riders flying with Birdly, and we don’t see it slowing down anytime soon.”
